Neighborhood Watch!
Important Information
This was recieved from Shiela Granger:
The neighborhood needs to be on alert for two vehicless: a black extended cab pickup, either a Dodge or a Ford, with four occupants...two guys and two girls, that are scoping out our neighborhood. They have been breaking into homes and vehicles. The other vehicle is an older model white Chevy Blazer like mine. Sometimes they drive both vehicles while they are checking out residences. The girls will drive one, the guys the other.
There have been three "hits" in our area, mine and two others west of me. The police have advised us to write down dates, times and descriptions and license numbers of vehicles that don't belong in the area. We all know what kind of vehicles we drive, but anyone else needs to be treated as suspicious. We know what "suspicious" looks like. This behavior is getting really old. Personally, I am sick of it. We, as a neighborhood, need to watch out for each other, and call the police if something looks weird.
Please pass this information on to your friends/neighbors near you. We have to stick together.

- LRPNA recently joined the Taos County Association of Neighborhood Associations. More information about benefits of this membership will be available soon.
- Dues for members ($20.00/year) will be due sometime this summer. Everyone will be notified when they are due.
- The Association is looking into getting an accurate map of LRPNA. Our neighborhood association covers a lot of acreage. It will be interesting to see the boundaries. Hopefully ariel photographs will be available.
